Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena Bansko Guest Reviews
Great comfortable hotel, stayed several times before and never been disapointed. It's pricey for Bulgaria but definately you get what you pay for. This is a lovely 5-star hotel, although head out for evening meals as the restaurants are a bit staid. one across the road - the Victoria - is excellent and just a 2-minute walk. Would I stay in the Kempinski again? absolutely. Just to add the Spa is fab, the treatments are well worth trying and the out door pool when it's snowing is amazing.

Excellent for skiing, very good service, VIP ski-pass (no waiting at the lifts). The price is above the average in comparison with other hotels in the area, while the facilities/rooms are quite plain for a five star hotel.
