A great hotel, very professionally managed, felt I was in Europe. Unlike many other Chinese hotels I have stayed in, the staff were very sophisticated and understood their customers needs. As the hotel is a few years old, the bathrooms were not state of the art. Excellent Shopping is just a few blocks away.

check in facilities is very bad. Staff are unprofessional. It took us almost 45 mins to check in. Never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The Kempinski Hotel is very good hotel, this is the third time that we used the hotel facilites every time we come back to Beijing. Very good location.
