we booked this place for the price and location on the beach, and thought it would be cheaper to cook food ourselves rather than eat out for every meal. Loved the condo, very roomy. The beach it sits on is not nice, it's small and rocky and someone told me it was downstream from a sewage outlet. We ended up driving every day about 7 miles to a really nice beach. I think we saved money overall by booking here and driving to more expensive beach resorts on A public beach. We would probably stay here again if the price was right

The concierge in the lobby was a plus we didn't expect. They even called our room the day after check-in to see if we needed help with anything. Our room had all the comforts of home, groceries weren't too expensive as we stopped at WalMart in Kahului. Supermarket Times right up the street has DVD rentals when you want to stay in. The beach is a stroll, but it keeps everything quiet around the rooms in the morning. Assigned parking spaces and a pool/laundry key are +++. The staff was polite and very professional. Our only maintenance issue was handled promptly and without our having to stay around.

this condo was very comfortable and user friendly. the condo was next to the pool and bbq area which was very convenient, however, i disagree with the desription that was given to us. they told us it was ocean front, but it really isnt. from our patio you cant see the ocean at all. you have to walk a little bit to get to the ocean. had i been told that i wouldnt see the ocean from my room then i probably wuld have booked a room on a higher level. also in this particular condo the sofa bed was not really comfortable. the underside of the bed has pillows taped to the mattress which caused the bed to be lumpy. all in all, the condo is centrally located and convenient.

We could not use the beach,their was no shore. The grass ended from the Hotel/Condo about 100 yards,then a small drop of 10 feet to a rocky shore.Maked reservations for Zip Line three months in advance. This was not a nice place to stay. My wife triped as she entered the office and the employees started to laugh, my wife twisted her foot,which turned blue. Later we talked to the office lady and she told us everyone trips over the same step all the time. Later we talked to the lady at the front desk and she told us they would not pay for any medicals bills. We arrived a little early and the cleanning lady was about finished,we called the office person and she got mad that we were only put our suitecases in the condo but in a very rude way she then said it was ok to leave our baggage.
