Service and location was very good. The hotel is about 10 min walking distance from Via Etna which is the main shopping and attraction area of Catania, and it is also about 10 min walking distance from the train station. The staff was very courteous and freindly. Will stay there again.

Compared to other 4 star hotels visited in Sicily, this had the friendliest staff and the best room/bathroom. Price included garage, which made it overall good/very good value for money.
