An excellent hotel located on the shore of Lake Lucerne with truly beautiful views of the lake and mountains. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the standard of food was very high. Breakfast was a joy either sitting inside or on the peaceful patio with its amazing outlook. The range of hot and cold choices was excellent with a very large selection of breads, cereals, fruits, juices, cheeses and meats. Dinner too was excellent. The room with balcony was well appointed and the beds very comfortable indeed. Good wifi available although you also have use of an internet facility near reception. Overall, excellent value for money and we would love to return.

The hotel has a great view (if you are facing the lake) and friendly kind staff. Food is also very good. Outside furniture could be less plastic.

An excellent hotel in every respect - the restaurant is of very high quality and is exceptional for a hotel of this class.
