Great place to stay only 20 - 30 minutes to Wellington, Train station right there so could jump on the train for a new experience, if you have never traveled by rail. They kept the rooms clean and kept everything topped up (tea, coffee, towels etc). The owners were helpful and friendly as were the cleaners (always smiling which is great). Overall enjoyed our stay, only complaint, which can't be helped is that due to the proximity of the train station, was noisy, but you get used to it.

Hi we really enjoyed our stay and found it to be excellent. The service was great and we would be happy to tell anyone to stay when on holiday in NZ. We will be returning next time we are over.

The facilities were good, except for the shower which is very cramped. Generally showing signs of age.
