Have to take queue number to check in. The check in time was about one hour plus which is minus for what they claimed as a five stars hotel.

Disappointing for 5star. within 1year you can see the standard has drop to a 3star. Unhygienic toilet and bath. Keycard faulty on numerous occasion. Smeel of smoke when told non-smoking room. Room safe not working. Check in at 5pm and still have to wait for 2nd room for 30mins. Swimming pool was poorly maintained with particles floating everywhere. Tiles stained and discoloured.

The hotel is new and amenities wise it's all great. Location was extremely convenient being located with a shopping mall & eateries surrounding the hotel. Car parking was free, that's nice. But a few shortcomings marred the experience: 1. check in was painfully slow. there were a few counters opened but the process took ages and the queue build up quickly during check in peak hour. 2. extra bath towels need to be asked as there was no comms from front desk to the house keeping. 3. there seems to be a loop hole in the hotel F&B outlets: upon check out, i was told someone had signed for a meal at the hotel restaurant! i presumed they never asked for any ID or key card to verify the customers. was quite unhappy at that and they kept me waiting just to verify with their staff.

First and foremost do not book any Hotels through this site because the booking had gone to the hotel before i checked in so I had stay in another hotel. Secondly the reception and service is very very bad. So I suggest Very bad experience with this site and the hotel too.

I pressed the queue number and waited for close to 2 hours. In the meantime, there were 4 to 5 young staff attending to the check-in counter. The hotel did not compensate me in any way, e.g. an extended check-out time till 2pm the next day. They did not know the meaning of compensation and good customer service -- their excuse was that there were lots of people on the eve of a public holiday. You can also forget about getting Reservations to attend to your call - the operator can only tell you to call back '10 minutes' later. I made no less than 4 unanswered calls from reservation, and left a telephone number which also was not returned.

Not good for first impression. Waiting for almost 1 hour for check in. Amenities is not suitable for a 5* hotel. As Legoland hotel partner, it is too far from Legoland and don't have any shuttle to Legoland, only taxi that costs RM60 oneway. Book for triple room including b'fast, but only got 2 persons for b'fast.

I was disappointed at the service of this hotel. First of all, we checked in near 4pm but our room wasn't available yet until half an hr later. When we checked in and requested for one extra pillow, they said they don't provide? I have never stepped into a hotel which do not provide an additional pillow! Simple showering amenities. Simply not fascinating for a 5-star hotel. The most upsetting matter is the waiting time for passenger lifts, I stayed on the 20th floor and waited more than 5 minutes for the lifts. I simply couldn't wait anymore just to go to the swimming pool @ 7th floor, opt to take the emergency stairs. And why on earth will they install a metal gate at 8th floor to block access from 7th floor onwards, what will happen if there is a real emergency? Really terrible design of lifts and staircase access. When we were done with swimming and wanted to use the pool towels to wrap around our wet bodies, we were stopped by the pool attendant who said that there will charges incurred if we need to bring the pool towels up. Again, this is really outrageous, how can a quality hotel compromise the inconvenience of their guests just to ease the maintenance of pool towels?! Very fedup. Finally when we were done with swimming, we wanted to take the service lift due to over-crowding of the lifts but was stopped by hotel staff. Are we supposed to wait and wait with our dripping wet bodies??!! totally unhappy experience. Something need to be done by the mgmt!

The location is right above shopping centers with many eating places,good shopping and cinemas However, check in is super slow regardless they provide welcome drinks (to absorb the time?). The checkin waitress ask me where i booked e room from (KSL or A-go-da) while the receipts shown to them clearly have the logo of HTclub, which is big enough to recognize. Then they took a long time go into e management room, didn't know what they did inside, seem like HTclub is not registered to be in the list of ebooking website??? I wonder what they did for those booked via a-go-da, but they took as long as mine. The room is ok, spacious compared to Singapore but not yet up to the standard of 5star. Bathroom is clean but weird smell, like smoke or urine or something @__@

The hotel is perfect and the pricing is reasonable.There is a very nice Chinese restaurant, serving good Chinese food at the shopping mall. Should try. Counter staff are not trained and inexperience in handling check-in guests.
