The service was excellent. All my tour bookings were made by the frontdesk assistant. She did an excellant job in getting me and my family around Gold Coast and we really enjoyed the stay there. She also waited up for us when we checked in the first day. Our flight touch down around evening and we reach K resort around 10pm. She just want to make sure we are able to find our way as this is the first time we are there. I would recommend this place to anyone.
