Sensationeller Service des Hotelpersonals! Sie tun alles für Ihre Gäste. Zimmer mit kleinem Balkon sehr ruhig, sauber und gepflegt. Frühstück sehr gut. Saubere Sauna und Fitness Anlage. Hotelbar mit guter Auswahl und günstigen Preisen. Sehr gute Lage. 3 Min. zur U-Bahn, 5 Minuten in die Altstadt mit vielen Restaurants, Bars und Pubs. Das Hotel kann mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfohlen werden!

The entire staff was always friendly and knew English. The breakfast bar was nice as well as the room service dishes. The car service with the hotel was very nice and would transport you anywhere you wanted to go in Romania. They had car tours available, but if you wanted you could plan your own destinations and they would be more than happy to transport you. That made seeing Romania easy and enjoyable.

I must recommend their car service, very polite and good english speaking driver. Way better than taxis.
