KAL Hotel Jeju Guest Reviews
Overall speaking, it is a good hotel with clean and comfortable guest room, friendly and sincere staff and very nice restaurants. However, when my light was damaged, I found it difficult to talk to the housekeeping staff but have to call the front desk as she did not understand English but this is basically not a big problem.

Staff is courteous and helpful, and dining facilities adequate in general, though the pricing is fairly steep when comparied to food quality. KAL is located in the old town centre, and there are not much shopping factilities around. But it is fairly close to the airport. Room is clean and adequately equipped.

The facilities offered, i.e. gym, pool, internet, must all be paid for separately. The casino has a minimum buy-in and you cannot cash your chips in below this buy-in figure at the end of your session. Basically, the rates for the room offered were good, but after that you are charged for breathing...

Room size was a bit small. Breakfast buffet menu was quite good with variety of tasty Korean traditional and the western food.

Room very clean and spacious, bed very comfortable, bedlinen and towels very clean, very pretty view from our room. Lobby coffee house serves only buffet; should include a-la-carte menu if one prefers a light meal. Bakery next to it is an excellent idea; service is very good; location of hotel is excellent, near to airport, shopping area, restaurants and with a convenience store right in front of hotel just across the street. Would defintely recommend the hotel to a friend or return myself (a Mr.Ang from the Casino had been exceptionally helpful-recommended an excellent place down the road from the hotel to have excellent Korean barbeque pork,etc.).
