Nice hotel with comfortable rooms. I was there for a business conference and the hotel did a good job on the support for that. My only complaint is a $12.00 per day self parking fee. Seems to me if you pay over $200.00 per night you should get free parking. No free Internet either. All fee based and very expensive for the several days we were there. Used my Verizon card instead.

I have stayed here many times pre-remodel. The hotel looked great and the staff and room were all great. I ate at the bar and had a glass of wine (wine selection not great...same as I have at home..would like nicer choices (reds)). It was very expensive to eat two appetizers and 1 glass of wine -I think it was $60+ and the valet charge was $26!!! so I moved the car to non-valet...there is not enough parking when they have groups in the hotel and the valet would've been my first choice if the cost/nite to stay overnite would' ve been reasonable. I drive to PS from LA to get my hair cut(!) and am often there.

The cleanest rooms ever great customer service very nice pool boat ride clubs shopping center and great valet service I have never stayed at a better place I can't wait tell my next vaction I'm comming back here its just unexplainable you have to visit this resort

Great customer service.Great staff,Friendly.We loved the pool and the people in it.Mikado was great and a fun expierence as well.Will Def come back again.
