Clean, comfortable and great value for money. Very, very convenient for Heathrow and car hire drop-offs. Best showers ever! Not the most luxurious hotel in the world but good quality and fantastic value for one or two nights on an airport lay-over.

We stayed here for two nights. On arrival, the exterior looked nice and well maintained. You need a card to use the lift so it felt quite secure. The room was large and spacious. We had several big luggage bags and they all fitted comfortably in the room without being in the way. There is a kettle and 2 cups with coffee and tea sachets available. These were nicely set on a shelf without taking space on the table. There is also an ice maker on every floor. There is no room safe. They are available at reception but we didn't use them. There is a hair dryer in the drawer and it has a shower over bath. The staff, however, were very disinterested. Everything seemed like too much trouble. We had a lot of bags and wanted to store a couple in their luggage room but we were told we should just bring it to our room. We asked about airport shuttle bus and we were passed a slip of paper with no explanation. We found out later there is no shuttle to terminal 1, 2 and 3 between the hours of 10am and 5pm! We had to ask what our options were and again we were just pointed to a card on the reception table. It cost about 10 pounds. The shuttle is 4 pounds per person. So not too bad if there are two of you. There was a wifi code on our checkin card but we couldn't connect and again very little information was provided. We found out later that we had to select the option 'charge to room' to use it. Service is very poor. We went to the restaurant for dinner and the selection is poor for buffet. It was 1 fish and 1 pork for main. A couple of salad dishes, 1 soup and a choice of 2 dessert. It cost about 14 pounds per person. When we were half way through the meal, we were presented with the bill?! And the waiter was very quick to try and collect the payment but very slow to clear any dishes. There were only 3 diners in the restaurant so it wasn't busy. The next morning, however, there was a huge queue for breakfast. The restaurant itself was nice, spacious and clean. Very nice atmosphere. There is also a nice pleasant bar on site which also serves food but we didn't go there. A small store selling souvenirs, newspaper, etc was also available near the lifts. We asked for a quiet room away from service areas. While our room was not near any service area we were woken up in the morning by very loud talking on the corridor. When we went to have a look, there were about 20 staff gathering in the room opposite and on the corridor all talking loudly. There is a metro a couple of blocks away. About 5 minute walk. Checkout at 12pm is very convenient as well if you have an afternoon flight. Overall, a very nice property but pity about staff. If you can overlook the service, it is a nice hotel to stay in especially on a transit. We did have a problem where they tried to charge us double what we booked but once we showed written proof, they honoured the price. Check your bill carefully.

We had an early flight from LHR Terminal 4 the next day so it was incredibly convenient. Major disappointment - not only do you have to pay for WiFi when most of England is WiFid for free, but you can only buy it in 24 hour chunks so when you are actually only going to be at the hotel for 9 hours in total it is a complete ripoff!!

I have always liked this hotel for short stays to ctach my next flight. Arrived by bus from Gatwick to a very efficient check-in. Room was comfortable and spotless. Bust to LHR was on time and comes to hotel front door.

In all the stay was what we expected. We had a bar meal but felt whilst the food was okay there could of been more of it.

I stay at the Jury's regularly. It is clean, comfortable and friendly. Easy access to airport and Hatton Cross Tube Station. Lately I have noted that the external lights on the building emit a whine which can be heard in some of the rooms on the seventh floor. Annoying if like me you are a light sleeper. When I mentioned it I was given a room on a lower floor straight away. The staff are very helpful.

My stay at the Jury's Inn Heathrow was a great experience all the way around. Great location, convenient to the Underground, very clean room, excellent service. I have found a new home base whenever I am in London. Great value!

It was a nice hotel, but they weren;t ready to check me in when I arrived. Also the key didn't work in the lock so I had to go back to the desk. The room was nice though and it was really convenient to the airport.

Very good value. The location is excellent especially if you want to go into London for the evening as the Underground station is in sight. Connections to the terminals is poor but I suspect the hotel has nothing to do with that.

Hotel was wonderful and conveniently close to the airport. The staff was very courteous, and the rooms were clean. There are buses that regularly stop at the hotel and take you to the airport. My bus didn't show up as scheduled, and the front desk actually called the bus driver on his cell phone to get his location. Now that's what I call service! The room was a bit pricey, but then again so is everything in London. Overall a good experience

We stayed at this hotel as our last night in London before leaving the country due to its proximity to Heathrow. It's not too far to walk from Hatton's Cross station on the underground. The rooms were fine, and well noise insulated from the airport. The paid wired internet was poor - we could not sustain a video chat, and voice chats had issues - only about 32KB/sec download. Due to a faulty computer software upgrade, I was not informed of a parcel I had received. The dinner food was ok, but it was bar service and not a very nice area to eat in.

This hotel is practical in several ways, very close (walking distance 3 minutes) to the Hatton Cross tube station as well as a few minutes taxi drive from Heathrow terminals. The Hoppa bus is also an option. The room is OK but, the price is too high.

Very handy to Heathrow, with shuttle bus from the airport to the door, but not late at night! I took ages to find a local bus which passed this hotel, and was very lucky that a friendly local showed me where to get off the bus, especially as, despite being so close, the bus trip took half an hour, and I wondered if I'd missed the stop! Leaving in the morning, different staff told me different times to catch the airport shuttle (right at the door), so I missed one and had to wait quite a while! Breakfast OK - not as bad as some reviews said.
