Jurys Inn Islington
3 out of 5

Nice location to get around the city with easy underground access as well as restaurnts, pubs, and grocery stores. Storage space is very limited in the rooms (no drawers) so I am guessing this hotel is geared to short stays. Room was cleaned well dily and the front staff very easy to engage. Would go back despite being pricey due to poor exchange rate with Sterling Pound.

I booked this hotel as it is a Trafalgar Tour recommended Hotel and we were staying there on the completion of our tour. I really enjoyed my two night stay. The staff at reception delivered a high level of customer service and were friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and the hotel is close to Angel Station and restaurants/cafes. I felt safe walking at night in the surrounding area. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a clean, functional and quite attractive hotel. I can recommend this Jury's Inn to anyone who is making an overnight stay in the capital. I would issue a couple of warnings. First, the location is exceptionally noisy. Also, the rooms themselves suffer in comparison with the public areas. They are fine, really, but the decor is tired, particularly when contrasted with the chi-chi lobby. Overall, this hotel is well priced. The breakfast is a real bonus - good quality hot and cold buffet food.

We stayed here as it in an excellent location near to Islington High Street. A god hotel although the continental breakfast was a bit dissapointing. Great bar - The Castle - just next door.

Good location. Pleasant helpful staff, excellent food, particularly good value in the Inn Pub. Kept my case for me until my train home left in the early evening

Excellent hotel, great location near Angel tube station and all of Islington amenities. I was booked in for a single room but had a lovely double room with a sofabed as well.

An ideal hotel if staying in London with a lovely outlook from the front of the hotel. The breakfast had many choices and the hotel was nicely maintained and air conditioning was good. I liked the ice machine in the corridor. Would definately stay again. Very friendly and helpful staff at reception.

Room was quite small but everything very well maintained and clean. Staff were efficient and friendly and the location of the hotel is second to none for shops and bars in Islington.

There was hair in the Bath and all over the top cover of the bed which was very off putting. This made me question how clean everything was. Other than that everything was what I would have expected. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Everything about this hotel was perfect. The location excellent for Kings Cross/St Pancras. We had to leave the hotel at 5am and even though breakfast did not start until 7am upon request we had cereal/fruit etc left out for us in the breakfast room . Rooms were very clean and spacious, very close to all amenities and it is only a 15 minute walk to the station.

Enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. Bedroom was spacious and had a good bathroom. A.C. was excellent on a very hot overnight stay. Standard breakfast was very good. Staff all helpful. Wouldn't hesitate to return if the occasion arose.

An impersonal hotel, not as close to the tube as advertised. The staff at the reception desk unhelpful; the staff serving breakfast cannot speak English and is utterly unclear about the arrangements for providing a full English breakfast. The pricing, however, is good.

Make sure you get off at the Angel stop, really nice ares with pubs, etc around the hotel. Staff are fine, its a very average hotel, not for a special stay, but no complaints. Breakfast was really good, but no room service and finished at half 10, not for a lazy traveller.

Excellent location, within walking distance of Angel station. Easy access to antiques shops and a variety of restaurants. The tables in the breakfast area were very wobbly but no other complaints. Would happily stay again.
