This hotel was one of the best I've stayed in in the UK and I will defninitely stay there again on my next trip to Southampton.

Location very good for getting to city centre, check in staff very efficiant and helpfull, buffet breakfast was excellant and plenty on offer, just help your self to more. Secure parking in underground car park ( below hotel ) at reduced rate as a hotel guest. Evening meals where of good quality but menu selection was small, It could be larger, ( I did have the best and tenderest and tasty fillet steak I have had for a long time here ) Rooms were very quiet and spotless, all in all excellant value for money.

More than adequate hotel for a one night/business stay, rooms were quite uninspired but had everything you need.

GOOD: Rooms were decent size, reasonably comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room rate through [website] was excellent. NOT SO GOOD: Rooms had limited variety of TV/radio channels. Internet access (but not wireless) was available in rooms but expensive (£10 for 24 hours).
