Location
Located in Townsville, Australia between Magnetic Island, the Breakwater Marina, and the Strand, Jupiters Hotel and Casino overlooks the Coral Sea. It is within a five minute drive of the Townsville airport and a short walk to Reef HQ Aquarium and the Museum of Tropical Queensland.

The 190 guest rooms feature air-conditioning, mini bar and refrigerator with tea and coffee making facilities, 24 hour room service, and high speed internet access.
Restaurant
Jupiters offers three restaurants. Aqua for buffet, Essence for fine dining, Spin for snacks, coffee, desserts and more.
General
Jupiters Townsville Hotel Casino features a tropical pool, business centre, Hands In Harmony Spa, fitness centre, and tennis court. The casino houses over 320 stand alone and linked machines and 20 tables, including Texas Hold'em Poker. There is a members club and three bars. Guests must be over 18 to enter the casino area. For large meetings Jupiter is next to the Townsville Entertainment and Convention Centre.

Upgraded to executive room. Excellent in all ways - very pleasant stay. You still have to pay yo much for the internet.

Staff were very helpful. Room was clean Beds were comfortable Our only problem is the walk uphill after parking our vehicle. You should have a golf buggy for seniors like the airports. Valet parking is too expensive at $15.00.You shoud have free parking valet for seniors or at least a discount.

Recently stayed at the Casino for a 3 day work trip. Normally very happy however our trip corresponded with the annual Groovin the Moo festival and the hotel had been taken over by young teenagers. Screaming at all hours, vomit in the hallways, parties all night and NOTHING done by management. Extremely poor form. Being a very regular visitor to TOwnsville I will give serious consideration to NOT staying at the Casino again.
