We stayed here for 2 nights only and in itself this is a pretty decent place to stay especially if you're interested in the Casino. The hotel is beautifully decorated and has a classy feel as expected from a casino hotel. The staff was also very courteous, and everyone there was very helpful. The rooms were a bit small, although the quality was good enough. The in-room amenities were plenty, but of average quality. The location was a bit far from Surfers, and although there is a direct access to the monorail from the hotel, it still is inconvenient if you don't have your own car. Overall this place is pretty nice stay for couples and families alike.

Fantastic destination for New Year celebrations. Full marks to hotel for organising activities family friendly on New Year's eve. This is second year we have stayed at hotel for New Years!

Jupiters Hotel and Casino was nothing short of brilliant! From the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out, the staff are so friendly, helpful and patient with every one of their visitors. The places for dining and activities, the atmosphere, the room service...everything was sheer perfection and flawless. Happy to continue staying there time after time
