Very basic facility & urgently need renovation. Friendly & helpful staff. Airport pickup is fanastic -- wait for us at airport when our flight is delayed. 5-minute walk to town.

Very good location. Everywhere 5mins walk. I had a very nice room. Friendly helpful staff. Breakfast and airport transfer included made it very good value.

This hotel does not even provide drinking water in the rooms not to mention coffee / tea making facilities. Vouchers for breakfast are given on a daily basis which is rather inconvenient for the guests.

We stayed there for 6 nights. It is just a basic room and bathroom, but clean. The staff were helpful, but it took a while to break the ice and get them talking. Once they opened up they were full of knowledge about Brunei and where to go. The trick is, you need to ask for cold drinking water, and then they bring you a huge jug of cold water. The same applies to hot water for tea or coffee. The hotel does not supply tea, coffe, sugar in the room, but there is a well stocked supermarket in the hotel building. The hotel is about 8 minutes walk to the old city centre where you can catch a bus to most places in Brunei. We would stay there again.
