It's a very nice hotel, The staffs in this hotel really friendly! location is wonderful coz its near the Hoan Kiem's Lake, bus and train Station. if your adventurous, there's a lot of food stalls on the street, that are really good ..., If you want to join the tours please go in to the tours desk and they can organize the good tours and good service for you. They make every thing sure for you on the way to travel.

Staff were very helpful, they arrange the man went to airport pick up us. They alway smile and run out to help us and sent to us the best information about the location, Tours and bus tickets are good value for money from the tour desk. Halong bay was perfect, no need to book tours with anyone else (They guarantee for the tours and make everything right way). Rooms were clean, large and comfortable. Thanks for everything.

Lovely hotel, i enjoy my stay there a lot! The room was clean and quiet with friendly atmosphere. It located in the centre of the Hanoi Old Quarter so you can have a tour around exploring the culture easily. As my first visit to Hanoi, i was confused a lil bit but the staff did help me a lot in organizing trips to Halong and Sapa, would love to give my special thanks to mr.Quan. Nice stay anyway and highly recommend this hotel to travellers!

It was a Excellent night stay at the Joy Hotel. Staff was great and welcoming. Everything so good and comfortable. The tours we booked directly at hotel tour desk was perfect and reasonable price. Highly recommended.
