no shampoo or conditioner no dish soap,yet they provide dishes (barely) in kitchen. couldn't get any internet help from hotel to print a boarding pass for return trip on airline. Hotel desk staff unable or unwilling to help me find out about local bus services.Hotel staff said we could have a later checkout due to sick daughter then someone else from the hotel called about hour later and said get out or pay another DAY! Very crappy-I shoulda camped!
