I feel very disappoint with this hotel. The room is very very old and not clean. I don't feel comfortable. I stay only one night. Before i stay here I stay at Best western premier signature pattaya hotel for one night. I feel very impress with this hotel. It's very clean and modern style and staff is very friendly. When i check out from Best western premier signature pattaya hotel they offer free shuttle service to go Jomtien beach but the hotel does not know where is Jomtien thani hotel location so they call taxi and pay for taxi driver 150 baht to send me to Jomtien thani hotel. They are so nice and very friendly. They also upgrade room for me free with no cost even i book hotel price only 400 baht per night to size bigger room and very nice. I would return to Best western premier signature pattaya hotel again for sure even next time I can not get this price or i don't get upgrade room but i still want to stay in Best western premier signature pattaya hotel again.

Swimming Pool's towel is very old and torn. Facility in room is very old , found mold on plastic curtain in bathtab. Seaview Location is OK, Towel in room is OK . Breakfast is fairly good.

Room was not clean with hair of previous occupiers on the tiled floor, shower head holer was loose, the rTV remote control did not work (I even replaced the batteries myself - but to no avail), The ceiling of the shower cubicle was black with mould. - I certainly cannot recommend this hotel !

The restaurant food was very bad and the free breakfast was lousy. I purchased my breakfast next door. During my stay I was ill and had to leave early. The hotel staff supporting me was excellent and compensated for the terrible food and restaurant staff.

My stay at this hotel was generally very pleasant. My room was clean and comfortable and had a good view of the sea. The only negative experience was the slow poolside food service. Good value for money.
