Jiulong Hotel Shanghai Guest Reviews
I do not believe the English speaking ability of the staff is suitable for assisting Englishing speaking guests. The dining room menu has a a broad selection of foods directed toward Asians. The coffee shop, as it is called only offers a buffet, not a single sandwich or even a cup of coffee or tea.

Very poor service! Not helpful at all, even the duty manager is displaying the poor service standards. Willnot stay there anymore

Hotel was great, just been renovated. Food on the top floor was fantastic. Hard to fault this hotel and would definately stay again.

we have stayed at the Juilong Hotel three years running and have always found it a clean and friendly environment to stay in. as it is on the edge of the city centre it is quieter and more Chinesey than some hotels in middle Shanghai.The hotel is gradually being refurbished and has improved on every stay.
