The location of this hotel is average at best, but as the metro system was not in operation yet, it wasn't an issue anyway - we took taxis everywhere. It's not close to the Chengdu bus or train station. Apart from that, the hotel is very nice. Clean, good sized room, staff very helpful although almost no English spoken. They came up to our room to fix the computer - we had to communicate through basic mandarin and hand signals...but it was ok. The msg got through : )

Not a bad hotel Not much English spoken No free internet The word for ice is "ping"- I learnt a lot here Pretty good position

Being in China for the first time, and after tried different hotels in rural areas. Ending up here at the end of our trip was like coming to heaven. The receptionist even spoke a bit english. :) Remi.

A very comfortable hotel with friendly staff at a ridiculously good price. The property is located northwest of Tianfu Square, which may be reached via a twenty minute walk or a short cab ride. The breakfast buffet is fairly limited but of good quality.
