JinQiao Apartment Hotel Beijing Guest Reviews
I was stunned when the hotel did not have a record on my booking. It took an hour to sort things out and I was made to speak to several people including to the manager through the phone. I JUST WONDER WHAT HAD HAPPEN. Can someone explain to me please? The reception staff did their jobs like robots, no personal touch or may be all of them just had some BOTOX INJECTION recently. Otherwise everything is OK and nice.
