Overall the hotel provide a comfortable and spacious environment. The location is convenient if you are visiting Shanghai World Expo and quite convenient for underground train user. Daily newspaper is not provided unless request made to reception but no guarantee.

Brand new hotel 5 star; very well managed; the room is very cosy and comfortable; the room charged is about US100 net with breakfast. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Very grand hotel. Not at the best location but for a little over 100USD (including an excellent buffet style breakfast) a night, definitely worth the money. I was a little disappointed when I was told the roof-top revolving restaurant was not ready. Other than that I was impressed by every aspect of this hotel.

I found the room to be very nicely done and I loved the huge window next to the tub, which made for a very bright bathroom. Their interior designer had good taste. I found the level of English to be lacking and in a country where the language is so foreign that didn''t help. The concierge in particular should be ready to help them map out their plans in detail for you. I eventually got to that level, but it took some time and training on my part as to what I wanted or needed. Also, the personnel in the massage area were alomost clueless. I wanted to get just a 45 minutes massage instead of the normal 90 minutes as I was running out of time and it became a big ordeal. I even paid the full amount which didn''t seem right, but I wanted massage, and didn''t have time to argue. Everyone was very nice in general and that made my stay a pleasure. Also, there was no bar at all. Why? Those are my thoughts.
