Excellent hotel, the internet that costs 40 RMB per day. In addition, the hotel provides a computer. This prevented me download emails to my own lap top.

The trip started with my arrival to the hotel and there were only two staff members in the entire lobby area. The girl behind the counter was a trainee and could not find my reservation. After half an hour of looking and ignoring me she finally called another staff member who got me a room but at a higher rate and then I found out I was charged twice which now I have to deal with. When I asked for tour information all they did was direct me to a brochure rack. I went to discuss this with the lobby manager but there was none present. The service and accommodations were horrible compared to the 4 star hotel I stay at in Shanghai for the same money. I definitely would not stay here again.
