The service was very good in this ideally located hotel. While not a newer hotel, the rooms were very clean and well maintained and the facilities such as a great pool, free internet, etc. were all above average as were the staff who were all friendly and willing to help. I would definitely stay there again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and even tracked me down after I forgot my credit card in a shop! The breakfast is great but dinner choices a bit disappointing- bar snacks (no tapas!) or formal dining. Not great with kids. Food good though. Would definately go again even tho it's a bit far (15 min walk) into old Jerez

Slightly further out of the centre than we expected, but a marvellous pool made up for this. Very helpful at reception. Good sized rooms. Nice breakfast.
