Hankala löytää hotellin sisäänkäynti. Kävelymatka lyhyt rannalle ja useisiin ravintoloihin ja alueen muihin hotelleihin. Lyhyt auto/bussi matka vesipuistoon.

now when we know how to find it (which due to lack af neonsign to us about an hour and 4 drivebyes on a dark evening), we will definitively consider staying there again. Very helpfull staff and cleaning more often than promised up front (every day but sunday).

We stayed here from July 25th 2007 - 1st August 2007. I have been to praia da rocha 4 times and must say that this is a very good apartment to stay in. They are very spacious, bigger than most 1 bed apt I have lived in in manchester. Its at the start of the strip so its location is perfect. Try and get a sea view room if you can.

I used this hotel whilst staying in Portugal for the F1 Boat GP so not chosen as a holiday location. The hotel was evidently "well used" but very well maintained and cleaned. The room was functional and clean with outstanding maid service, indeed all the staff were amongst the friendliest I've encountered. The facilities (pool) was adequate but rather poorly maintained as was the tennis court.
