It is best location for me to shopping Japanese grosery and room was clean. This was my second time of stay for this hotel. Only I had one unsaticefied thing. Break fast rice was out for both time of my stay.

Orderd two beds got one - bathroom sink did not drain. They did offer to fix it but how was it cleaned if it does not drain.

This was one of the worst hotels we've ever stayed at- and that's saying a lot. We called the hotel several times for shuttle, waited over an hour, and it was so crowded I had to sit on van floor. The rooms were small and everything was old. To get to the airport the next morning, we had to call a taxi- there goes the money we saved on a cheap hotel!

I was just on a layover. Only complaint was I didn't get picked up at the airport. So it cost $45 to get to the hotel. The only reason I booked a room here was because of the shuttle service. They aren't listed in the phone book either. The breakfast was mediocre but better than nothing. Room was fine and it was a quiet area.

When I arrived at O'Hare airport, the hotel shuttle had to be called. When I spoke with the shuttle driver, I was informed that the shuttle did not begin service until after 7 am. I think the hotel/Orbitz was misleading by posting free shuttle. An attachment should be included that states limited hours. Next, the hotel staff was kind enough to provide a coupon for a taxi in the morning (5 am). However, the driver of my taxi did not honor the coupon. The most unfortunate experience was the lack of cleanliness in my room. When I pulled down the sheets to go to bed, I found numerous pubic hairs. HOW DISGUSTING!!! After 11:00 p.m., I was in no mood for a flithy bed!! Thank you for nothing!!!
