It was so bad because they need to provide fully equiped kitchen but no kitchen and we need to use the manager's kitchen which is 10m away from our room.

Nice location, good size rooms. Bathroom a little tired and could do with some updating. The shower could do with some more power as the hotter it gets the more of a trickle it becomes. All over though a nice place.

Stayed in family unit 07/04/2010 Room 7...linen was not clean. Pillows cases were dirty and had just been flipped over for the single beds. Will not be using this motel again.

Great little place by the waterfront, just outside of Rotorua. Had a perfect paddle in the lake at sunrise in the kayaks which were provided free of charge. They also have two spas behind the motel that were available for use however we didn't get the chance to try them.

Fantastic place to stay. Spacious rooms and great facilities. Unfortunately was raining on our stay but would be awesome in the summer time! Would definately return.
