The pillows and duvet cover were the best highlights of the room. Just across the Pavilion Mall and at the heart of Bukit Bintang, this hotel is well maintained. Highly recommended!

This hotel is nicely situated close to one of the larger shopping centers in Kuala Lumpur however the rooms are beginning to look a little dated and tired. Breakfast wasn't the usual international buffet one might expect, very asian but you can order eggs and pancakes from your table. Staff service cannot be faulted, check in and check out was amazingly fast and smooth and the free in room broadband internet access was a real plus.

This is a great hotel in a wonderful location. The new Pavilion shopping centre has just opened over the road - absolutley state of the art shopping on the doorstep. Staff and service were both impressive..the only down point would be the hot breakfast which you order at your table - bizarrely it arrives lukewarm regardless of what you order- however the cold buffet is good and the croissants are worth a mention. We'll be staying there again. Great value.

Good hotel ina great location in the heart of shopping area. The service was also pretty good. Breakfast was good, but not great as compared to other Marriott hotels. Excellant spa facilities.. will stay there again.

It was the best hotel, as it was very central, and walking distance between the different shopping centres, the timesquare, and it had the best customer service especially the butlers and the restaurant. Recommended, its also attached to a shopping centre, and downstairs is a world of different restaurants you can choose from just hidden away from all the rush

Overall the hotel is good but the room size seems smaller than what it was shown in the internet site for a twin bed room.

Kind of difficult to get a response from the hotel, but I would recommend it to anyone going to stay in Kuala Lumpur. The location is perfect! With gorgeous views of the Twin towers.

The only negative point with this hotel is the breakfast arrangement. They have moved the breakfast to the poolside, which is fine except that if you travel on your own you will be at an inside table. The mixture of buffet and served breakfast (choices selected by ticking options on a form) is a bit institutional for this type of hotel.

After reading other guests comments re the check-in check-out problems, I had visions of complete chaos, but fortunately all seemed to be unfounded, very professional and friendly staff. Breakfast a little busy but then what do you expect in a very popular hotel, even under pressure, the staff still remained very courteous.

The location of the hotel is good. The staff at front desk are not very efficient, there was some confusion about our reservation. One of the staff insisted that we didn''t make a reservation while the other said we did, so we wasted a lot of time at the front desk for them to sort it out among themselves. But the hotel room is great.

Very good location, easy access to the shopping area in Bukit Bintang. Rooms were very good and we were upgraded to a junior suite. Only exception is that parking in the hotel is not free. You need to pay RM$5 each time you exit the parking which I find it ridiculous for hotel guest. For a 5 star hotel, the parking facilities is important as the other hotels around the same vicinity does not charge their hotel guests.

The location of the hotel - just along Bukit Bintang - is perfect for the leisure traveller. It is within walking distance from shopping centres like Lot 10, Sungei Wang and Bukit Bintang Plaza, and also from famous night eating street, Jalan Alor. The rooms are spacious, well-decorated and clean. Definitely good value for money. My only gripe is that the staff do not seem to be very particular about discerning between honest and dishonest (of which there are many in KL who refuse to go by the metre fare) taxi drivers, and have on many occasion flagged down dishonest cabbies for me. I had lodged several complaints with the manager but nothing seemed to have been done about it.
