Although rooms were a bit small - this hotel is in a great location. In hotel dining was quite good. Staff was VERY friendly and helpful. Gym was good and open 24 hours. Breakfast buffet was one of the best I have seen

We booked the hotel for 4 people through an on-line travel company. When we arrived, they gave us a room with one king-size bed instead of two double beds we expected. The hotel told us that they told the on-line travel company about this but we were never informed. We ended up getting two portable beds in our room. Other than the uncomfortable room, the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Make sure you confirm with hotel the type of room you are getting and cancel it if it is not what you expect before you go.

I would recommend JWM to most friends visiting HK for the first time or on a short visit, in fact we have friends staying there this month on their way to Switzerland for skiing. We have stayed at JWM 3 times.

Limited food options. Restaurants close down early - specially on a Saturday night if you want dinner, you don''t have much choice.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel with our two small children who were accommodated free of charge (room only) in our room.
