A good set up but a problem with security means you can not relax. We had somethings stolen from our Unit while work was being done by external tradespeople. The staff were not especially interested as it seems a common event. The location is good but away from a lot of things you want to do. Did not find a restaurant in the area that was not a rip off. However we did have a problem with a broken fridge and air conditioner and the management were very quick to fix these during a difficult time. House keeping a bit ordinary. The complex needs to be fenced. Would rate as 2.5 Stars but will not let me.

Very good resort especially for families as it has 3 pools, tennies court, BBQ facilities and all units are very private and comfortable. We had 2-bedroom townhouse so kids had room to themselfs which is a big plus for holiday accomodation. Bedrooms are on the second level so we didn't have to warry about noise in the evening when kids were asleep. Location is very good, practically warking distance to the river beach which is perfect for kids splash and sand play. Management was very nice and responsive to our needs. The only disappointment was the restaurant which had really no life to it but would be rather handy for us which 2 little kids. We also could not locat the kids club advertised by the resort. All together we had very relaxing and good holidays.

for my husband and two young daughters, this place was ideal, it had everything we needed and at a really good price, loved the spa bath , we didn't realise we had one till check in!, and we will be coming back for sure.

Friendly helpful staff and good facilities but 15 min walk away from the main restaurant area

We had a fantastic holiday at the Ivory Palms. Staff went out of the way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We will most definately stay there again if we return to Noosaville.
