Because Forio does not have its own airport, visitors get to the city by bus or coach from many nearby towns and cities. If coming from other countries or Italian cities, fly into Naples Capodichino Airport in Ischia, and then take a bus or coach to Forio from there.
Taxis and sightseeing buses available to get around Forio, although sightseeing buses are more expensive.
