Standards in all areas are exceptionally high, as they are in all Shangri La Hotels. Staff service is particularly helpful, polite and efficient. The Shangri La properties are all very tasteful, as is The Island Shangri La. The only drawback was that we had to queue to get into breakfast, and then were left little time to have breakfast. I guess we'll just have to get up earlier next time !

Excellent in every way from the Limo pick up to the Airport return Limo!! The package was the best value deal ever!!

Definitely recommend the rooms ovelooking the bay which is what we had. Fantastic at night, especially after a nice bottle of Bollinger. Thanks again for providing us with a dvd player through which we were able to listen to a cd. Classic.

We couldn''t have been pleased more with our choice. This is a truly 5-star hotel that provides top-notch service. The concierge and his staff are extremely helpful and courteous and come highly recommended. We would like to draw special attention to one staff member in particular: Albert, the health club attendant. He was very helpful and generous towards us during our stay and should be given consideration as an outstanding employee at the Shangri-La.
