Location
The Isabella is just fifteen minutes from the beach, and within easy walking distance of the Villa Communale and the Antiquarium. For guests who don't mind travelling a little further the magnificent Mount Etna is a wonderful place for a day out.
Rooms
The Isabella's thirty two rooms and suites are stylishly furnished and have views over the rooftops of the old town, the sea, or the Greek theatre. All rooms feature air conditioning, mini bar, Satellite TV, safe, and hairdryer.
Restaurant
The hotel's breakfast room with part of the town's ancient Roman wall is where guests can enjoy a full buffet breakfast including bacon and eggs. During the summer months guests can choose to take breakfast on the roof terrace.

washroom is too small, heating was poor, lifts were not working(could well be a one off incident). location is perfect and they serve hot breakfast (bacon and eggs)!

Fantastic location - on the main street, near cable car to beach & near to main bus station. Friendly & helpful staff. All in all a fantastic holiday - would gladly return.

We stayed for one week. Perfect location. Nice lokking lobby. Wonderful roofterrace was not in use (good weather ).Small but o.k. rooms. Cleaning was not satisfactory since there was a lot of dust under beds and on top of wardrobe. Correct staff.

The arrangement the Hotel Isabella has with Hotel Carparena regarding usage of the beach is unclear. The one day we were allowed towels, the next day refused. The first day we were allowed to use the pool, the next day not, even though we had a pass-card stating the use of the beach and swimming-pool was allowed. Very irritating and embarrassing.

This hotel is in an excellent location in the centre of the town. The room was quiet, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was ok with a mix of breads, fruit and yogurt.
