Ice machines not working, carpet in room all stained, only had maid service 1 day out of 3, tv remote was very hard to work and not good choices on the tv.

This hotel is just 'okay'. Thin, skimpy towels that are little. Carpet with stains, decor that lacks. Elevator sounds like it might break down. The lobby and rooms are dark. TV comes in like it would if you didn't have cable...fuzzy. The 'couch' is a loveseat, so don't count on anyone sleeping on it. The pool is not inviting, etc. Woudln't stay there again. I'll stick to Homewood Suites by Hilton.

the stay was okay, nothing special, but there where a couple things i didnt like. [...] their breakfast is for only 2 guest, no matter how much people you paid for. the rest of the people pay 4.50 . i mean that was fine, but they just didnt tell us if was free for only two, they should let guests know ahead of time. otherwise it was fine.

We needed a place to stay for 1 night. It was the cheapest available. It was comfortable and we did not need the breakfast. The staff was pleasant.

This is the worse hotel accomodation we've ever had. We booked the hotel july 15 for an overnight stay on july 16 to 17. The first among our many hazzles with this reservation is that the hotel denies receiving any reservations from Orbits. The staff clerk rudely emphasized that even if there is an accomodation the hotel is full and cannot accomodate us. We have to call orbits customer service to rectify this situation. After 2 hours of waiting inthe lobby, and my kids getting restless they said there is a vacancy after all. Later in the evening as we are about to use the swimming pool, my kid shouted, "hey dad is that poop" unfortunately, it was poop indeed. We notified the hotel staff about it but they said the cleaners only comes on weekdays only.Later in the evening, my family woke up itching on what may have been bedbugs? Again we complained to the staff, instead of giving us a different room they gave us extra blankets for the bed reasoning the hotel is full and this is the least they can do for us. This is such a horrible experience/stay for my family and would like to warn other people to stay away from this place[...]
