As we pulled in we seen the beautiful resort. After checking in and getting our room key (without any assistance) we had a very difficult time just finding our room. We continually ran into areas that were taped off with caution tape because the area had just been painted earlier that day. We ended up having to break through the caution tape because our room was inside of the taped off area. Although I do not watch much tv, just to give you an idea of the outdated room. there were no flatscreen tvs that I seen at all. The outside area could have used some attention. There was a beer can at the bottom of the stairs the entire stay, along with a empty cup of yogart on the fire extinquisher. There was a great pool and hot tub area and an area for the kids to play arcade games. Basketball hoops and tennis courts were great for anyone interested in that. The fitness room consist of one treadmil and one other peice of equiptment just randomly placed in an uninviting room. Many things were dirty or broken throughout the grounds. There was alot of construction going on everywhere. The best part about it was that you could walk a couple hundren feet out the back area for a bar/grill and the beach. Doing a little maintanence and clean up on this area would make it much more inviting also. The people were nice and friendly and the food was good. I will not go here again just because I have experienced so much better but I would tell others with children that they would enjoy it. Couple looking for a quality romantic get away, I would reccomend looking elswhere. The place has so much potential but it may be a while.

The pool and the beach access is great for a family but the overall environment needs help! The rooms are old and need lots of updating. I believe they are in the process of remodeling, but we were not booked in a newer room. The kids loved it, and the access to the beach is easy!

We were in Cocoa Beach for a couple of days to spend time at the beach for the end of a 10 day vacation. We were very pleased to find the hotel was very convienient to the beach, had great ammenities, and a nice bar/resturant near the shore as well. The room was clean and my 13 year old liked the "private" room with the seperate TV and beds away from mom and dad! We took advantage of renting a beach umbrella and chairs from the resort which was worth the money as it was over 95 degrees in the sand! We were looking for a nice, reasonable hotel and still be able to be right on the beach, and this was perfect. We would stay there again.
