Fantastic business vacation, great amenities, Great value for the money.

Just a short walk to the French Quarter and on down Bourbon street! Stayed a whole week and never took a cab, walked to aquarium, WWII museum and all over the place! Great room and balcony was worth the few extra bucks. Wish the pool was indoors, but other than that, it was great... even though my prank call from the phone in the toilet cost me a few bucks!

The location of the hotel is fantastic, close to French Quarters, Canal and Broubon Street, Trolly and restaurants. The low rating given on the room cleanliness was because the comforter cover got dirt on it and the next day I thought the cover was change and to my surprise the cover had been turned over, dirty side inside. After several calls and a visit to the front desk a new cover was brought to my room for me to change.

TV remote and light in the bathroom did not work. Repairs were made quickly when requested. Otherwise no complaints. Gym and Pool were nice. Close to French Quarter and Casino.

Our hotel stay was amazing! The hotel was beautiful and the staff was so kind and very helpful. We felt like royalty they treated us so well. It was our first getaway since our 3 year old was born and it was one we will NEVER forget. The hotel was within walking distance of everything but far enough away from the excitement and noise on Bourbon Street so you can sleep without being disturbed. We highly recommend the Intercontinental Hotel and we will definitely be back.
