Hotel staffs very polite and friendly, they look after me like family. The room is beautiful and clean. Overall hotel is excellent. Thanks to all the staffs, all of you should get rewards, LOVE you all. Highly recommended.

This hotel overall was excellent, everything was great and it was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The only think i didn't like was their massage centre, way over priced for what you get. I would stay at the hotel again but definitely not use the massage and spa.

Upon entering the room, I was somewhat disappointed as it looks slightly older than the photos I have seen online. The room was spacious. Of everything in the room, I like the comfortable bed the most. Room can still be a bit dark even after I have switched on all the lights in the room. The wonderful experience met with a hiccup when I saw a used shower foam left lying around the bathtub with it's cover opened. A very obvious sign that the room was not properly inspected before keys were being handed over to the next guest. Moreover I did not rush the staff for an early check-in as I arrived only around 9pm so my room should have been ready. This is something I do not expect from InterContinental. :( However, the breakfast spread was good and staff are generally friendly and helpful.

Overall no problems or complaints. The main lobby however is under construction and not in operation. It is all blocked off and there was no noise or disturbance, just that it was not in use. Reception was via a small room at the side entrance. No real effect on the stay, just if you're looking for a big impressive lobby it's not in use as of 7th May 2012. (Dont know when it's planned to be finished).

Requested a room on Ampang Jalan side and a high floor to ensure quietness and was accommodated. Was quite thrilled to have complimentary wireless during entire stay. Located right next to Ampang Park LRT station. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
