Hotel is set in a perfectly quiet location. Cannot be better if you're looking for an out-of-the-way & quiet place to chill. That's the upside. Downsides: -Rooms not cleaned/stocked well. Required multiple calls to resolve. Expect mold, dirt and broken accessories. -Air Conditioning? What air conditioning? Blows lukewarm moldy, stale air. -Bed is hard as a petrified rock. Sleeping on the floor would be more comfortable. Spare your back! -Don't forget the Towel Card. Typical for resorts, but just annoying all the same. -Restaurants & food were OK. Decent, but nothing special. If you want different food (or upgraded food selections), you must PAY MORE! Really?! -Timeshare hawkers fill the lobby and you're rarely able to ignore their pestering to buy property. No thanks. -Cannot swim at the beach in front of the hotel (at least its not advised due to the strong rip current/under toe). Fine if you're not a ocean-goer... but unfortunate given the beauty of the location. It is what it is. -Horseback rides (and other non-hotel beach activities) available in the sand, just steps from the hotel. Be prepared to barter hard with locals, and to be approached by more hawkers with endless junk (mierda) to sell tourists. Speaking of horseback rides, the beaches are covered with horse manure... Added bonus if you're a naturalist. Ashes to ashes... -You cannot beat the sunrises and sunsets. Again. I cannot stress enough the beauty & relative seclusion of this place, and Cabo in general. But if you're looking for a party - go elsewhere.

This is my third stay here and I always leave with great family memories. The hotel staff is wonderful and the food gets better each year.

This is our 3rd year at this hotel and we again enjoyed our stay. Met a lot of great people, occupancy low during our stay so we had lots of elbow room. Hotel name changed this year, some of our observations include: Food seems better, also liquor, new LCD TV's in each room, seems staff has been cut :(. We are glad that the former employees were retained, customer service was great. Will come again. This place is a great value for the dollar spent!

Excellent, this was our second time here and would love to go back. we love the ammenaties, location, and especially the staff. the food is great, drinks are good. If I had any concern at all it would be that the pool closest to the Napa resturant is not heated and so not many people would go there. where the adult pool/quiet pool is very comfortable.
