I've stayed in downtown SF before and hotels tends to be loud but this one has great location and yet very quiet. I'll recommend this hotel.

The hotel was great altogether, the room was impeccable and the staff really helpful and attentive from the moment we arrived. The rates were a bit above other four star hotels in the area, but it was totally worth it! One of the best hotels experineces for me, and I'm quite a traveller!

great location, close to everything. very clean modern rooms. beautiful spa for the misses! great staff from the valet to the security gaurds! we would definitely stay again!

Excellent Hotel to stay at - everything in walking distance from this hotel - service great - room fantastic - food a little expensive but outside the hotel heaps of variety to choose from and all in close walking distance
