Gorgeous place, very beautiful rooms which were so quiet and peaceful. A quick trip to the heart of the city via the circle tram.

Had a great two night stay. Very quiet and comfortable in a lovely queen room. Slightly marred by the false-alarm fire evacuation 8.30am on the first morning! Very cosy room in a beautiful building. Highly recommended.

The room was lovely and 'mostly clean', but there was a soap ring next to the sink which i was willing to overlook as the rest of the bathroom was sparkling. Unfortunately though, bedlthere was a mark on the inen that looked like chocolate (hopefully) which I didn't see until the morning. Getting the room at well under 1/2 price stopped me from complaining as I should have...something I now regret. The hotel is lovely and the food was great, but that cleaner obviously needs dealt with.

The service was A grade of excellence The kitchen staff and waitresses serving breakfast with the utmost curetsy to the clientele Well done to the staff at Rialto of a drive to success and thats why I would come back
