InterContinental At Doral Miami Hotel Guest Reviews
I had a great stay at the Intercontinental. My flight was really late at night and I did not get to the hotel until 1am. They were courteous and kind and eager to help with anything. It was only 15 minutes from the airport. The only draw back was that the shuttle only runs until 10pm, so I had to take a taxi. But otherwise, I would stay there again!

The front desk did not care to help. "Here is your room key, find the elevator and your room". Not what you would expect from a four star/ Diamond hotel. The first room had mold and mildew smell that was overwhelming. The front desk very graciously moved me to a room that did not smell as bad but which was noisy. No manager; no MOD; no call and apparently no concern for a badly treated guest. The bellman who helped me move was kind but no one else tried to follow up. I checked out the next morning.

The hotel was very convenient to most everything. My friend and I were there for the New England Patriots game and found this great deal and couldn't pass it up. The hotel was only about 20 minutes from South Beach which was nice because we avoided the "party" scene. We were also very close to the stadium (again about another 20 minutes or so), and close to this awesome pancake house! If people do decide to stay there, just make sure to inform them that they'll need a rental car to get around. The rooms were nice and clean and the service at this hotel was great! Overall, we had a great time in MIami and this hotel provided everything we needed.
