Most enjoyable stay marred only by thin towels and poor lighting in bedroom. Staff were excellent and responded to any requests most quickly. The addes bonus of a free city transport pass was most welcome.

Das Hotel liegt in perfekter Lage, neben den Hauptbahnhof, trotzdem ruhige Zimmer,hatten in den Hof 4 Stock ein schönes Zimer.Das Personal beim Empfang sehr hilfsbereit!! Mit der Zimmerkarte bekommt man gleich für die Dauer des Aufenthaltes einen Fahrschein für öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Zum Frühstück gingen wir gleich neben den Hotel in eine Bäckerei wo es sehr gutes Angebot zu tollen Preisen gibt. Zusammengefasst ein tolles Hotel das man bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen kann. Wir werden sicher wieder beim nächsten Besuch v Hamburg dieses Hotel buchen!!!!!

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen, bietet besten Komfort und ist sehr zu empfehlen. Die Zimmer sind funktional eingerichtet und sehr gut schall isoliert. Wir haben weder von Nachbarzimmern noch von draussen etwas gehört. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichlich und lecker. Wir gehen auf jeden Fall wieder in dieses Hotel.

Good hotel, we stayed for 2 nights, a group of 8 persons, very convenient to railway station, ie across the road, plus the free City Transport card is of good value. I would recommend to anyone who is staying in Hamburg for a few days.
