Clean and neat, exhorbitant prices for internet usuage in our room. Dont forget to ask for you vienna travel card, we nearly didnt get ours.

This hotel, like most in Vienna is not air-conditioned. If staying in Vienna (as we did) in 34 degree heat, this hotel is very uncomfortable. A small fan is supplied in rooms and it is necessary to sleep with the window open - this is fine if your room faces the internal centre of the hotel (which ours did). I would think it would be impossible if your room faced the main road. The staff like most people in Vienna are either very helpful or very rude. We found the staff here very unhelpful and we had to get another check-in person to check our booking to agree that yes we did actually get one hour of free internet per day - the initial receptionist was adament that there was no such thing. The hotel was reasonably priced and an excellent location but if returning to Vienna I would insist on air-conditioning when looking for a hotel.

This hotel is in a very location right near the main Railway station. Do not go to this hotel in the summer. No airconditioning .There was not even a fan in the room. The next day we received a fan which didnt work. After about 3 hours we finally were given a small 10 inch fan which was pretty useless but better than nothing.. We were glad to go onto the street which was cooler than our room.We booked a superior room with a balcony. Very expensive for what we received.
