This is the second time in 3 months I stayed at the hotel and I was not dissapointed. The hotel, while small and nothing too special, has everything I need, is in an excellent location, and is clean and suited to my needs. It is right by the Metro, but down the block so you don't hear the noise. It is walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and there is tons of shopping in the area. It is a little noisy in the morning (but nothing too bad and you should be getting up to enjoy Paris anyway). The area has a neighborhood feel and I will be staying here again when I come back next time. Value for the money.

The hotel was small and the room was tiny, however it suited my needs. It does need some lighting in the stairway, however, as I almost fell a few times when I came in late. Plus there is no elevator or staff to bring up your bags. The staff was barely there, but the hotel was clean and very conveniently located. Just 20 min from the Eiffel Tower and other attractions. Lots of places to eat, buy neccessities and hang out on the block.

Would have been better if Tea/Coffee facilities were available 24hrs rather just at breakfast, there is a drinks machine but this was out of order. The hotel was very clean, location fantastic a little noisy as our room was at the front on the road side so couldnt have the window open for long. 10/15 min walk to Eiffel Tower and about 300 metres from the Metro station so ideal.

This was a great little hotel in a fantastic location. It had all been recently redecorated so was modern and pleasant. A nice feature was the centre courtyard. For Paris the price was excellent and so close to the metro and also supermarkets- a nice neighbourhood

Reasonable sized room and nicely renovated but incredibly small bathroom. Shower would have been at most 2foot square. Didnt help having a shower curtain either, nothing like a hug from a red plastic sheet first thing in the morning. No air con, very hot in summer and too noisy to leave window open. Smallest passenger lift I have ever seen. Most of the staff were nice once they knew we were Australian, good location, small selection for breakfast. No internet access within a 20 mile radius! Take your lap top for free wifi (in the lobby only).

Great location near a metro stop in a decent neighborhood. Good metro links. For a budget hotel in Paris this was an excellent hotel. Breakfast was good, the beds were comfortable, room was very clean and a decent size, and there was plenty of hot water. The only thing I didn't like so much was that the bathroom had some serious mold growth by the shower. It was definitly a manageable problem. If you have a handicap I will warn you that the elevator was small and dropped a bit when you stepped into it. We didn't use it and I don't know that I would have wanted to rely on it. They did have a couple of ground floor rooms which may have been better suited to those with disabilities.

Room was small but nice. Main problem was the toilet that blocked. This was clearly not a recent thing. When I told the hotel they unblocked it but didn't fix the problem i.e. it blocked again quickly. Other than that it was nice.

The location is very convenient , 10 minutes walk from La Gare Montparnasse. Hotel room was average size which is very good for Paris hotels standarts. The hotel was recently renovated and has a small patio with trees and plants. If you stay there ask for a room looking into the patio and not the street which is quite busy.

at the dawn of first night, the fire alarm waked everybody up at around 6am, because there was a broken water pipe and we had to start the day very early and without using bathroom. I asked for Eiffel Tour view, but the receptionist told me that there are 4 rooms out of 66 with Eiffel view and there was no chance for me to get any one. The hotel in general is providing the basic requirements and that is satisfying for who does not look for luxusry hotel services. The hotel is just 10 mintues walk from Sevres Lecourbe Metro station which I consider it as good point.

The room had a private bathroom, with shower and bath tub, and the whole room was extremelly clean, I've never been to a hotel room as clean as this one. The bed was very comfortable and heating was working great (we did not see air conditioning, so summer would probably be kind of hot). We stayed in room 64 (sixth floor), overlooking the Rue Lecourbe. We didn't hear any traffic noise during our stay. There's also an elevator for 2 people (or one person with luggage). The location was 100 meters from the subway (Sevres-Lecourbe station on line M6). The great surprise was the breakfast, coffee, milk, orange juice, yogurt, two types of cereals, 3 types of bread, tea, butter, honey, fruit jelly and others, there was no limit in the quantity eaten. The attendants were very helpful, even with my limited french, they were happy to help and all of them spoke english! The internet was not working, and they didn't fixed it during our stay.
