Nice helpful staff, but hotel need substantial "facelift" - mainly interior.Breakfast is not included in hotel price. Room and bathroom clean, spacious, but well worn out. The vicintiy of railroad (20m from windows) allows to check the number and speed of TGV trains (8 in my case). Hearing impairment is recomended. The price could be lower. Nearby several other hotels in this price cateory.

The hotel located between train station and the city center. easy to walk both way. The hotel staff at night is an old french woman she sometimes make me scary her!! There is good wifi in the room. Room is quite big with almost everything needed in hotel but no refrigerator, no hair dryer, no bath tub.

Quite difficult to find. Right by the rail lines so a bit noisy but didn't worry us as after a long journey we just crashed out. It was adequate for our needs and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Best bit was a secure garage which was important to us.

I (55) stayed with my mother (86) at Le Colbert for a total of 3 nights. We found the hotel adequate for our needs. Friendly unobtrusive service. The proximity to the railway did not prevent us from sleeping. On the whole we felt that it was a decent value for money hotel. Be prepared to walk 15 minutes to get to the historical centre of Colmar. Friendly unobtrusive service.
