only adequate as a stop over if all you want is a bed. such a travelling salesperson. No atmosphere & ghastly position on dreary main road

the bath was too dirty to use but the receptionist came back from her home with cleaning gear late at night the phone did not work and was not fixed while we were there but again the desk made the one important call we needed a bit drafty and could not adjust heating wi-fi excellent, breakfast ok

stayed in a three bedded room with seperate bathroom & toilet,was comfortable.Great bakery next door.About short 15 mins.walk to centre of town easy walk.Averanches is charming French local town.Catch local bus to Mont St Michel from centre of town and are picked up 5 hours later.

The location is very far from Mont St. Michele. I have to take a taxi to get there. Surprisingly, the restaurant provide excellent food. Very yummy.
