Standards for a complex which is about to close for the year were very high. Attitudes of the majority of the staff were exemplorary. Accommodation good but more comfortable beds would help. Facilities: pools, sport, entertainment absolutely 1st rate, food reasonable for mass-catering.Cleanliness- there were good, and not so good cleaners. Location excellent, pricing very good. Will revisit the location, perhaps upgrading the Apartment to Premier next time

This is a tricky hotel to judge. Overall, please remember that you are chosing an APARTMENT, and not the hotel. This will help to avoid misunderstandings. You will have two rooms, a kitchen. This is great if you are going with kids. Overall hotel is great for kids. It has superb facilities, and literally more kids then adults.
