Every December we go to Innsbruck and stay at this hotel and we have never been disappointed. The staff is exceptional, working hard to meet even our printing needs. The rooms exceptionally comfortable, especially if you are on the backside overlooking the mid-evil old town. Great view! We use this as a working get away. Great place to complete a project and then relaxing time in late day!

My stay at the Innsbruck was disappointing. I had selected the hotel because of its location close to the river. However, the hotel does not have an aspect overlooking the river (there is another building in the way) and my room had a perfect view of two brick walls! The room was adequate but lighting, including the bathroom, is very dim which is unsatisfactory for shaving or putting on make-up. Proximity to the old town, shopping and other facilities in Innsbruck is good.

Internet was free, breakfeast was free but parking was expencive. Location is unique

We stayed at this hotel when we last visited Europe in 2008 and made a stop again as we found this hotel to be very good. We were not dissappointed!

The largest room I've ever stayed in, beautifully appointed and clean. Centrally located. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
